Prepare a format correction
A useful note identifies the wording, explains the issue and separates a factual correction from a preference. You can prepare one without providing your identity or personal circumstances.
Make the issue easy to locate
Choose the affected page and a topic. For a correction, include the relevant heading or short phrase, then state what should change and why. An optional source can point to a public rulebook, governing body or public authority. The source field records a link; the tool does not open or verify it.
For a broken link, describe the link label and where you expected it to lead. For missing information, explain which distinction would help compare formats. Accessibility notes can use “Other” and describe the control, device behaviour or keyboard step that causes a barrier.
Keep the draft non-personal
Do not include names, contact details, medical history, payment information or private information about another person. Individual health questions are not suitable for a format correction; a qualified professional is the appropriate route for personal advice.
Preparing a draft does not contact the site. Copying places the text on your device’s clipboard, and downloading creates a plain-text file you control. If you choose to contact the site’s administrator using the footer email link, that is a separate action in your email application. No response time is promised.
