Cookies and storage information
The site’s HTML, CSS and JavaScript set no cookies and use no browser storage. There are no analytics, advertising trackers, embedded third-party players or stored preference features in the site code. Reading the guides does not require accepting non-essential tracking.
Cookie categories
A cookie is a small item of information a website can ask a browser to retain and return with later requests. Local storage and session storage are separate browser mechanisms that can retain information for website code. None of these mechanisms is used by this site’s script.
| Category | Typical purpose | In use |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Authentication, security or essential session state | No cookies set by the site code |
| Analytics | Measuring visits and usage | No |
| Functional | Remembering preferences or draft fields | No |
| Advertising | Profiling or advertising measurement | No |
The table describes the generated website itself, not a promise about every mechanism an independently managed hosting layer or destination service might use.
Memory and device functions
The navigation menu keeps its open or closed state in the current document only. It does not save that choice between visits. The contact tool similarly holds field values and a draft in browser memory, without writing to local storage, session storage or a server.
Copy and download are explicit visitor actions. A clipboard copy may remain available according to the operating system’s clipboard settings. A downloaded text file remains on the device until the visitor moves or deletes it. These are not cookies and are not retrieved by the site on a later visit.
Browsers may independently cache page files, offer form autofill or restore a previous session. Those features are controlled by the browser, not by a site storage instruction. Clearing the draft tool does not remove browser-managed data, clipboard history or an already downloaded file.
Hosting and other services
The hosting service may use technical mechanisms to deliver content, manage load or protect against abuse. Depending on its configuration, those mechanisms may involve identifiers or other request handling outside the site code. Technical access logging is addressed in the privacy information. No specific provider configuration is asserted here.
External websites reached through a link may set their own cookies or use other storage. Their policies and controls apply after navigation. Using an email link may open an email service with its own settings and data handling. The site does not read or control those services’ cookies.
Controls and future changes
Browser settings generally allow visitors to inspect stored site data, delete cookies and limit future storage. The location and effect of those controls depend on the browser. Blocking storage should not prevent the static reading content or this site’s browser-memory draft tool from working, although separate hosting protections may have their own requirements.
Before any non-essential tool using cookies or similar storage is added, consent will be requested and the relevant information updated. No analytics or preference mechanism should be inferred from the presence of a menu or form. Questions about storage behaviour can be described using the contact route without including personal or sensitive details.
